Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl
A healthy summer breakfast or dessert using local fruit in season
Ingredients
- I cup frozen diced dragonfruit
- 1 cup frozen diced mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)
Method
- Mix ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh seasonal fruit and Mumma Raw’s Fig and Pecan Granola.
