Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

A healthy summer breakfast or dessert using local fruit in season

Ingredients

  • I cup frozen diced dragonfruit
  • 1 cup frozen diced mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)

Method

  1. Mix ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh seasonal fruit and Mumma Raw’s Fig and Pecan Granola.
