Iona Herbs
Third-generation Tyagarah farmer Pam Morrow has been growing herbs her whole life — and she still does it all herself. From raising seedlings in her certified organic nursery to harvesting her own line of heirloom seeds, Pam is a one-woman powerhouse with decades of dirt-under-the-nails experience.
Each Friday at Mullumbimby Farmers Market, she brings a vibrant selection of herbs and seedlings — rosemary, basil, sage, coriander, leafy greens, turmeric, ginger, and more — all grown without plastic, in organic soil. Pam’s advice is legendary among regulars: what to plant, when, and how to help your seedlings thrive in local conditions. “Observation is key,” she says. “And good mulch goes a long way.”
You’ll also find her handcrafted sauces, relishes, pastes, vinegars, and dried herbs — the essence of Tyagarah, grown and made with care.
