At Mad Mountain Herbs, we grow and create with the belief that good health begins in the garden. Rooted in permaculture principles and traditional plant wisdom, our Northern Rivers farm is home to a thriving collection of medicinal and perennial herbs that nourish both body and soil.

Alongside our range of herb and edible seedlings — from longevity spinach and mushroom plants to Tulsi basil, turmeric, and galangal — we craft a diverse selection of handmade herbal teas, sauces, and chutneys. Each product is made in small batches using homegrown and ethically sourced ingredients, celebrating the flavours and healing qualities of the plants we grow.

Our teas, including the award-winning Mad Healing Tea, combine herbs such as turmeric, ginger, hibiscus, and rose petals to create blends that are both delicious and restorative. Our sauces and chutneys capture the same garden-to-table philosophy — rich in natural goodness, vibrant in flavour, and made with care.
