After nearly 30 years in restaurant kitchens and catering for film sets, Argentinian-born chef Francisco Smoje created a roaming restaurant experience — and we’re lucky enough to have it pop up right here at the Mullumbimby Farmers Market.

At Francisco’s Table, everything is about connection: to food, to people, and to place. Francisco sources nearly all his ingredients directly from local producers — knowing not only where each item comes from, but also the stories behind them. His food is simple, comforting, and full of heart: think rich stews, hearty beans, fried eggs, rustic sourdough, and vibrant vegetables — all served up with a dash of warmth and a side of community.

Whether you’re here for a hot breakfast, a slice of cake, or just a chat with Fran and his partner Emma, you’ll be welcomed like family.
