With a new 17-acre property and an ever-expanding variety of mushrooms, Shroom Brothers are pioneering a unique, sustainable growing style.
Their process incorporates recycled organic coffee grounds from The Kind Coffee Co. to enrich their growing substrate—an innovative, earth-friendly twist on mushroom farming. You’ll find their fresh fungi on the menus of top restaurants and at farmers markets from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, but they’re proud to call Mullumbimby home.
