At The Farm in Ewingsdale, Josh and Lynette are passionate about growing fresh, seasonal produce that’s as vibrant as it is delicious. For the past decade, they’ve been cultivating a variety of greens and vegetables, selling them directly at farmers’ markets for the past year and a half. Their stall is a rainbow of leafy goodness — from the popular bouq-kales, a mix of four different kales, to bright watermelon radishes and zingy mixed leaves that practically leap off the table. As the seasons change, so does the selection, with upcoming crops like zucchinis, chillis, and capsicums making their way to the stall. Whether you’re after fresh greens for a salad or something new to try like pickled scapes, Greens From the Farm’s offerings are always fresh, seasonal, and full of flavor.
