Northern Rivers Harvest Food Trail – Free Event on how to Forage, Cook and Grow Australian Native Foods.
May 5, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 am
The Mullum Farmers Market will kick starting the Harvest Food Trail by offering a little taster on Friday 5th May 2023.
You will be able to learn all about foraging, cooking and growing Australian Native Foods with three of the most formidable and talented local women. The cooking and growing workshops will take place at the infamous Mullum Farmers Market – which showcases the region’s finest local producers and artisan products.
With six breakfast stalls cooking up locally grown produce, plenty of seating under the giant fig trees, live music and kids ents its no surprise that it’s the weekly gathering spot for our colourful and alternative community.
The Bush Tucker Food Experience is a collaboration with:
• Auntie Delta Kay (Explore Byron Bay – Delta Kay, an Arakwal Bundjalung woman is passionate about sharing Aboriginal culture) • explorebyronbay.com.au
