Dexter Chou and his wife Linda Hung run the popular Radiance Kitchen food stall at the Mullumbimby Farmers’ Market, where they recreate the delicious gourmet snack foods their home country of Taiwan is famous for.
Their tasty steamed dumplings are made with fresh organic chicken, vegetables, shrimp or pork come in a gluten free option, which means they can be enjoyed by everyone. Everything on the menu at the Radiance Kitchen stall is home made from fresh farmers market produce and organic meats. Customers can also order frozen take-home dumplings.
“The food we sell in the market is the same food that we eat at home, and we want to feed our customers the same quality that we feed our own children and friends,” says Dexter.
