Grown by Heather Armstrong on her family’s farm nestled in the hills between Byron Bay and Bangalow (established back in 1882!), these vine-ripened beauties are the real deal — sweet, juicy, and utterly irresistible.
Unlike supermarket tomatoes, Heather lets hers ripen naturally on the vine, never gassed or cool-room stored, which means better texture and unbeatable taste. From bulging Bulgarian beefsteaks to rainbow cherry varieties in yellow, gold, and dusky purple, each tomato is a celebration of the season.
Heather’s stall is a local favourite, often with a queue of loyal customers — many sharing stories, seed swaps, and tomato dreams of their own. She’s always up for a chat, whether it’s about the best way to pickle green tomatoes or the perfect one to eat whole, fresh from the punnet.
